All product information, dimensions, yield strengths (YST 210, 310, 355), coatings (Z+ 360 GSM), GP pipes, and Tata Agrico tools displayed on this website are provided for informational and structural engineering reference.
- Products adhere to Indian Standards (IS 4923, IS 1161, IS 1239) and Tata Steel manufacturing tolerances.
- Official Material Test Certificates (MTC) are issued with commercial invoice dispatches upon delivery.
3. Steel Pricing & Market Quotations
Steel rates, price lists (RCP), and quotation estimates displayed on the website or generated via bulk RFQ are subject to daily commodity market adjustments, raw material indices, and applicable state/central GST taxes. Confirmed billing rates are finalized at the time of purchase order confirmation and proforma issuance.

“Tata Steel”, “Tata Structura”, and “Tata Agrico” are registered trademarks of Tata Steel Limited. Mutyam Steel Pvt. Ltd. is an authorized distributor authorized to display these brand assets. All website design, custom software code, graphics, and architectural blueprints are the intellectual property of Mutyam Steel Pvt. Ltd. and its development partners.
5. Warehousing, Logistics & Dispatch
All dispatches from our 50,000 MT warehouse stockyards are verified via calibrated digital weighbridges. Delivery timelines are subject to site access, heavy commercial vehicle clearance, and standard freight terms agreed upon in the commercial purchase contract.
6. Limitation of Liability
Mutyam Steel Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from structural calculations performed without consulting certified structural engineers. Customers must verify product suitability for their specific engineering load-bearing requirements.
7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Hyderabad / Secunderabad, Telangana.
